Our chef strives to use only sustainably harvested seafood and antibiotic-hormone free meats and poultry as available. Our seafood arrives fresh from Foley Fish in New Bedford, Massachusetts.
We purchase fresh local ingredients from: Alambria Springs Farm, Mosher Farms, Canaseraga Farms, and Purdy & Sons Foods.
