We serve as a hands-on learning laboratory for many of the classes in the college’s Hospitality Program. Culinary students attend classes and labs in our restaurant’s culinary lab and classroom which is connected to the restaurant. Working with faculty members, alongside culinary professionals, students in the program rotate through various positions to learn every aspect of the front and back of the house operations. Students are able to learn the intricacies of operating a restaurant by being a part of the day to day operations. With the addition of our new brewhouse and the SUNY Morrisville Brewing Institute, we further affirm our commitment to quality education, products, and service.
