We focus on providing fresh seasonal items made from scratch and are committed to using as much fresh, locally-sourced and New York State products as we can. Our scratch cooking methods include smoking and curing our own meats, fermenting and pickling various items, and bread and dessert items created in our own bake shop. We strive to create unique items that demonstrate our desire to be a leader in the local food community. Many of our menu items are grown or raised within Madison County, some coming directly from SUNY Morrisville. Be sure to look for the Local Product symbol next to menu items that feature ingredients grown & produced less than 25 miles away from our restaurant, and ask your server what other menu items use New York State-sourced products.
